Marinate Chicken in Greek Seasoning and olive oil and juice from 1/2 the lemons.
Follow instructions for Orzo - DO NOT OVER COOK - toss with olive oil, salt & pepper as soon as it's done so it doesn't stick.
MAKE MIINUTE QUINOA FOR GF
Heat bread on griddle with olive oil, cut into triangles and serve on side.
Serve Lemon wedge on the side
