Wash cilantro, wrap in a paper towel, and put in a Ziploc. Re-heat Carnitas with some water in a DO, add salt & spices if needed. Sauté onions and bell peppers. Cook black beans in DO with spices. Cut lime into wedges. Cut cabbage & romaine into slivers. Serve with lime wedges, sour cream, shredded cabbage, shredded cheese and hot sauce. Warm the tortillas for fajitas or tacos.
