Add oil to cooking surface. First, add protein (i.e. chicken) until cooked, then set aside (or use another surface).
Separately, at oil to pain. Add, in order:
Aromatics, until they can be smelled
Vegetables (harder vegetables like root vegetables first)
Separately, make a sauce. Sugar, sesame, sriracha, ginger, honey, garlic, oil are all options. Corn starch will thicken the sauce into a nice coating.
A similar sauce can be mixed directly into the noodles after draining.
