Recipe Instructions

Instructions:
Cut bagels in half. Place desired toppings between bagel layers after spreading hummus on bagel if desired.

Note:
- Fresh bagels, without preservatives, will mold within ~3 days, so buy bagels (e.g. Lender's) from the shelves in the bread aisle, not from the fresh bakery. If in a lodge, store bagels in walk-in cooler or freezer.
- Use caution while cutting bagels. Alway buy SLICED bagels if possible.
- Can bring toaster to toast bagels.
- Also use gluten free bagels or bread.
- Vegans and vegetarians do not have to use cheese or meat.
