Recipe Instructions

Instructions:
1. Slice summer sausage and place in bowl or plate.
2. Slice cucumber and any other veggies you would like in your pita sandwich.
3. Build your pita sandwich by either creating a pocket inside the pita or folding the pita in half and placing ingredients inside.

Note:
- Try to find gluten free pita, or use gluten free bread as a gluten free substitute.
- Cheese is optional.
- Add any other veggies.
- Condiments such as mustard or mayo can also be used.
