Recipe Instructions

Instructions:
Cut bagels in half. Place desired toppings between bagel layers after spreading hummus on bagel.
Keep in mind:
Fresh bagels, without preservatives, will mold within ~3 days, so buy bagels (e.g. Lender's) from the shelves in the bread aisle, not from the fresh bakery.
Mix hummus with water in large mouth container.
Use caution while cutting bagels.
