Recipe Instructions

Marinate Fish in the bag with oil, lime juice and Taco Seasoning, grill on bbq or griddle.
Cut into strips & Sauté onions and bell peppers.
Cook black beans in DO with spices.
Dice up veggie burgers & corn and fry on griddle for vegetarians.
Cut cabbage into slivers.
White sauce - 1.5 cups sour cream, 1 cup mayo, 5 TBLS lime juice, 1 TBLS Siracha
Dice Tomatoes
Serve with lime wedges, white sauce, shredded cabbage, Corn, shredded cheese and hot sauce AND all Herdez Salsas
Warm the tortillas for fajitas or tacos.
