Recipe Instructions

Marinate Flank in Yoshidas and ginger for min of 30 minutes. Grill directly on coals so the teriyaki sauce carmelizes, but does not burn.
Make rice according to directions or 1 1/2 cups water for every cup of rice.
Cut tofu into 2x3x1 inch slabs to marinate and grill, can also cut into cubes, marinate and Saute.
Serve with soy sauce, Furikake and sesame seeds on the side.
