Cut up fruit and set aside.
Slice baguette on the bias, at an angle to maximize surface area.
Scramble eggs and milk and cinnamon. Save some eggs for anyone who only wants eggs & sausage.
Cook sausage and when almost done dip bread and griddle the french toast. Serve 8-10 folks at a time to serve them hot food.
Serve with syrup, nutella and whipped cream.
