THIS IS JUST TO SUPPLMENT REGULAR BREAKFAST!
FIRST thing in the morning - Make Chia Pudding - 1 CAN Coconut milk & chia seeds. Mix the ingredients together in a bowl or mason jar. Let sit or an hour, giving it a stir before serving.
Serve chia pudding, dairy free yogurt, rice cakes with nut butter, dried fruit as alternative breakfast.
