heat Carnitas with some water in a DO, add salt & spices if needed. Sauté onions and bell peppers. Cook black beans in DO with spices. Cut lime into wedges. Cut cabbage into slivers. Serve with lime wedges, sour cream, shredded cabbage, shredded cheese and hot sauce. Warm the tortillas for fajitas or tacos.
