Recipe Instructions

ONLY if NOT pre-marinaded ------- Marinate chicken thighs in the bag with oil, lime juice and Taco Seasoning, grill on bbq or saute if no charcoal.
Cut into strips or chunks for fajitas or tacos. Sauté onions and bell peppers. Cook black beans in DO with spices.
Dice up veggie burgers & corn and fry on griddle for vegetarians.
Cut cabbage into slivers.
Dice Tomatoes
Serve with lime wedges, sour cream, shredded cabbage, Corn, shredded cheese and hot sauce AND all Herdez Salsas
Warm the tortillas for fajitas or tacos.
