This meal is ridiculous and you should work as a team!

Bring 4 cups water to a boil. In one bowl, mix the potatoes and 2 tablespoon of butter with 2 cup boiling water. In a second bowl, mix the stuffing and 1 cup boiling water and 1 tablespoon of butter. Stir and let rehydrate for a few minutes.

In the meantime, add the gravy packet to ½ cup water and stir until thoroughly mixed. Add the chicken and cook over low heat until the chicken has warmed through.

Split the dishes between the two bowls, spooning the chicken and gravy over the top. Add cranberries and dig in! Be sure to use empty pots or containers to house 'extra' water, the last thing you want to do is to have runny potatoes and stuffing soup - so add water slowly to those mixtures while stirring. You can always add more water, but you can't take it away.
