To make the fruit mixture combine fruit, raisins( add just enough hot water to cover all fruit), cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp salt in a pot and let soak until fruit rehydrates, about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, combine all topping ingredients and mix together to a crumbly consistency. Grease a fry pan. Add nuts to fruit mixture and pour into pan. Cover with topping. Bake, using a twiggy fire for about 15 minutes until heated through and browned on top.
