Cook couscous in 4 cups water to which 1/2 tsp. salt and dried vegetables have been added. When done, stir in butter and cheese. Pour into a frying pan. In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, flour, baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, garlic, and pepper. Gradually add water until the mixture has the consistency of a sauce (not a paste). Pour this mixture over grain in the frying pan, cover tightly, and cook over medium heat, using the round the clock method of rotation. The dish is done when the topping is set and cooked through, about 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with soy sauce, Tobasco, or Picante.
