Recipe Instructions

1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil, then add rice and onions and cook until done. 2. Add black beans and tomato base to the cooked rice and stir. 3. Set aside. 4. Combine spices and sunflower seeds in a pan. Sauté in butter. 5. Add 4 cups of water. 6. Continue to cook until the mixture is almost at a boil. 7. Add to rice and stir. Top with cheese to taste.
