Recipe Instructions

Do not open the tuna pouches! Serve them on side as people want them.
Dice Bell Pepper into 1/2 squares.
Finely dice red onion, do not use too much.
Mince Garlic & Chop Parsley
Combine all above with beans in to bowl.
Add the olive oil & red wine vinegar, salt & Pepper to taste.
Serve in bowl with whole romaine leaves as lettuce cups. Serve Tuna in pouches on the side to be added if they want one. Lemon wedge on side.
