Cut baguette into 4" pieces and then cut lengthwise leave attached for making sandwich.
Arrange turkey, salami, provolone on a platter.
Arrange tomatoes, fresh mozz and basil alternating like caprese salad on platter.
Arrange greens and cucumbers (sliced thin) on a platter.
Cut Romaine leaves in half so can use as alternative to baguette (lettuce wrap)
Set out marinated onions, pepperoncini, olives, muffaletta mix in jars or bowls.
