* Preheat oven to 350
* In a 8x8 or 9x9 pan, spray with nonstick spray
* In a large bowl combine all ingredients EXCEPT preserves
* Beat at low speed until mixture resembles coarse crumbs
* RESERVE 2 CUPS AND SET ASIDE
* Press remaining crumb mixture into pan, spread evenly
* Spread preserves within 1/2 inch of edge
* Crumble remaining crumb mixture on top
* Bake for 40-50 min until topping is slightly browned.
* Cool completely and cut into squares, serve with ice cream
* Note- you can make this gluten free and you would never know the difference
