Recipe Instructions

* Place everything, except the flour and water, into crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours.
* When done, remove meat and cut into bite sized pieces
* Strain veggies from broth and discard
* Make gravy mixture by adding the flour and water in a bowl and whisk together. Slowly add mixture into broth.
* Turn crockpot to "high: and stir until gravy thickens
* Turn crockpot back to "low" and add meat to gravy
* Serve mashed potatoes
