*Preheat oven to 400
* Heat up large cast iron skillet to HOT
* Add 1 tbsp oil and braise/sear chicken thighs on both sides to golden brown, then transfer to plate
* Add 2 tbsp of oil
* Add garlic(watch not to burn)
* Add potatoes, cut side down and brown about 3 min.
* Return chicken to pan and add broth
* Bake for 15-20 min
