Recipe Instructions

Quarter or Halve potatoes, put in large pot of salt water that tastes like the ocean. bring to a boil and cook until soft. Drain, and save some of the water if you can. Add 1/2 and 1/2 or alt milk with lots of butter salt and pepper. start potatoes as first as they take the longest. feel free to add in parmesan or any other tasty goodies you have left over.

Slice and dry fry the mushrooms, once mostly dry add stick of butter and the sliced onions and garlic. Cook on low for 20 minutes if the onions start to look dry add more butter.

Grill steaks

Assemble salad.
Serve with any other left over salad dressings and don't forget to put out the steak sauce.
