Marinate the chops with a mix of Worcestershire sauce, Tamari, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Salt, pepper, and Montreal Steak seasoning—grill pork chops.
Bake Corn bread, add Corn (split the corn between coleslaw and Corn bread), Green Chilis, and Cheddar Cheese
Slice apples and cook in butter with cinnamon and brown sugar. When soft, add a jar of applesauce and keep warm
Thinly slice the cabbage, grate the carrots, slice the red peppers, drain & add corn and cilantro. Make the Cilantro Cumin Vinaigrette. Mix lime juice, Cumin, Cilantro, dijon, Salt, pepper, and honey, then stir in olive oil. Stir the vinaigrette into the cabbage mix.
For vegetarians, serve grilled Tofu or tempeh
For GF use tamari instead of soy sauce for the marinade
