Recipe Instructions

POWDERED EGGS: 3 tablespoons egg solids are equivalent to 1 egg. To reconstitute, add 3 parts of water by weight to 1 part egg solids by weight. STEPS: 1) Heat up camp stove with skillet to medium-high heat. 2) Mix together egg powder and dehydrated veggies mixture following the ratio above. 3) Add oil to pan and cook eggs on a skillet until fluffy and cooked through. 4) Assemble burritos with eggs, cheese, bacon bits, salt & pepper. 5) Eat up!
