If a standard PDF or spreadsheet isn't enough for the lists you need, filtered exports let you choose exactly what goes into each file. For example, send each store's list to a different shopper, or export only Monday to Wednesday for the first supply run.
Turn on Filtered exports in Settings, and the export buttons are replaced by one Export meal plan button. It lets you choose exactly what goes into the file:

- Under Include, tick Shopping list, Calendar and/or Recipes details.
- Under Filters, narrow it down with:
- Choose store
- Choose department
- a start date and end date
- Choose packing notes (if packing notes are on)
- Under Download as, click PDF, XLSX or WORD.
Example: send each store's list to a different shopper, or export only Monday–Wednesday for the first supply run.
When you filter by store, the export contains the shopping list only.
