KEYS TO SUCCESS WITH THIS HUMMUS:
1) Add small amount of hummus powder to INDIVIDUAL bowls (so you don't have to clean anything)
2) Slowly add water to mix hummus to a YOGURT like consistency. This hummus SUCKS if you don't hydrate and mix it properly.
3) add a few drops of olive oil, lemon juice to make this hummus actually taste good.
4) then add desired spices: suggestions include garlic powder, salt, pepper, maybe a lil cayenne pepper.
Then do whatever you want to the hummus, put it in the pita, dip the pita, add those carrots and lettuce.
