Instructions:
1. In fry pan, melt butter (or olive oil) on medium high (don't burn butter), add hash browns and optional grated or diced onion.
2. Flip hash browns occasionally until crisp & browned.
3. Take off stove, add cheese and let cheese melt.
4. Scramble eggs in separate fry pan in a little oil or butter, and serve separately
5. Let individuals season hashbrowns and eggs with salt, pepper, hot sauce, salsa and/or ketchup.
Note:
- Use olive oil instead of butter, and wait to put cheese on top of hashbrowns if you have vegans.
- Bring Ketchup and various hot sauces, people like to sauce-it up when it comes to hashbrowns!
