  • garlic clove 4.0 whole
  • Tofu 32.0 ounce(s)
  • Szechuan Sauce 12.0 ounce(s)
  • green onions 6.0 whole
  • noodles, egg or Ramen 40.0 ounce(s)
  • oil, canola or olive 0.25 fluid ounce(s)
  • Carrot, Fresh 6.0 whole
  • Eggs, or equivalent of Ovaeasy Egg Crystals 12.0 whole

Recipe Instructions

Instructions:
1. Chop garlic, carrots, green onions (including green tops), and dice tofu.
2. In fry pan over medium heat with olive oil, sauté chopped garlic, carrots, and green onions, including green tops.
3. Add tofu.
4. Mix eggs in separate bowl or Nalgene (If using OvaEasy Egg Crystals).
5. Add eggs (mix up first if using OvaEasy Egg crystals).
6. Meanwhile, in separate pot, cook noodles according to directions on package, drain off excess water.
7. Add sautéed mixture to noodles, stir, then season with Schezuan sauce.

Note:
- You can add other vegetables like broccoli, cabbage, green beans, etc.
- Use gluten free ramen noodles for gluten allergies.
- Can substitute meat in instead of tofu, or leave out tofu for soy allergies.
- Make sure Szechuan sauce is gluten free if making for gluten allergies.
- Can eliminate egg for vegans.
