1. Turn on burner: high heat
2. In LARGE pot, boil water. 
3. While heating water, chop/slice veggies.
4. Once boiling, add noodles and cook until noodles are tender but not mushy (4-6 minutes). Stir. NOODLES WILL TURN TO MUSH IF LEFT IN WATER FOR TOO LONG. 
5. In MEDIUM pot, drain MOST of the noodle water (4-8 oz into pot).
6. In MEDIUM pot with noodle water, add salt, 2-3 spoonfuls of nutbutter, 1 oz. siracha, 6-7 spoons ginger, 3-4 spoons garlic. Stir.  
6. Cook medium heat 2-3 min. Stir.
7. Add veggies to the pot with the most room. Cook 1 min. 
8. Garnish lime wedge.
