Recipe Instructions

Massage the kale with the oil. Then combine w/ almonds, apple and Cheddar or gouda in a large bowl.
Whisk together the lemon juice, salt, garlic and olive oil. Add to the salad, and toss well.
Leave cheese to the side for dairy-free and vegans.
