Rice - Minute (bulk)

Taco Seasoning - Ortega 1 oz

Recipe Instructions

Minute Rice uses a 1:1 ratio of water to rice.

Do not drain canned corn.

Additional ingredients: cheese, hot sauce, oil, chicken packets

1. Chop veggies.
2. Turn on burner: high heat.
3. In LARGE pot, add oil & veggies. Stir & cook 5 min.
4. Add 4.5 cups water to veggies & bring to a boil.
5. Once boiling, add beans. Cook for 5 minutes.
6. Add corn (with liquid), rice & chili powder. Stir. Turn burner to LOW.
7. Simmer until cooked (5 min).
8. Garnish with lime wedge, cheese, hot sauce, chicken.
9. Optional: use a tortilla to turn into a burrito
