Recipe Instructions

* Want non-gloppy rice?? Sauté dry rice in a little oil. (Extra credit - finely dice a little onion as well) don't leave it alone to burn, stir every 30 seconds or so for a few minutes. Then add water & salt. *Rice - 2 cups of H20 to 1 cup rice. Add water and 1 tsp salt to rice and bring to a boil. Turn down & simmer about 20 minutes till water is cooked away.
