Recipe Instructions

Cut red potatoes and add to boiling water. Drain when cooked. Toss with olive oil, salt & pepper, and spices.
Coat salmon with olive oil, lemons, salt & pepper. Line griddle with aluminum foil and place fish on foil. Make a lid of foil to steam cook the fish.
Blanch broccoli.
