Teriyaki Chicken and Cous Cous

Recipe Instructions

1. In a bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil. Mix well.

2. Place the chicken breasts in a ziplock bag and pour the teriyaki marinade over them. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.

3. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

4. Remove the chicken breasts from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.

5. Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove from heat and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.

6. While the chicken is grilling, prepare the cous cous. In a saucepan, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Stir in the cous cous, cover, and remove from heat. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.

7. Serve the sliced teriyaki chicken over the cooked cous cous. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
