Recipe Instructions

Cook ham (serve on the side or option to chop up once cooked and add to omelettes)
Chop up ingredients (red onion, green onion, tomato)
Scramble eggs (option to add milk) and pour onto oiled griddle
Layer the chopped ingredients desired (plus olive and cheese) on one side of the egg, leaving room between piles
Cut lines across the egg, giving you anywhere from 4-6 rows
For each row, flip egg layer over each ingredient pile
