Recipe Instructions

Ingredients: Tamari, Rice noodles,Peanuts, Peanut butter, Brown sugar, Ginger, Garlic, Green onion, Basil, Coconut milk, Srichacha, Bell peppers, Broccoli, Tofu, Limes
1. In large pot bring water to boil and add rice noodles. Cooking till tender –5-7 minutes. Watch closely as rice noodles will become a giant glom if over cooked.
2. Chop green onions, bell peppers, and broccoli. Mince garlic and ginger. Pick basil and slice limes.
3. In large skillet, melt peanut butter over low heat. Add brown sugar and soy sauce to taste.
4. Add garlic and ginger to sauce mixture and cook till aromatic. Add in chopped veggies and cook over medium heat. Cook until tender.
5. Drain noodles and add to veggie mixture.6.Serve with extra green onions, basil, peanuts, and lime slices. Enjoy!
