Cobbler (D.O.)

Parchment paper D.O. liners are a necessity here! Dump your cans of fruit pie filling in the bottom, or chop up the leftover apples and other fruit from your trip. Mix a can of bubbly water (lime or lemon are great) with the cake mix until the consistency of cake batter. Pour on top of fruit filling. Place D.O. on top of ~12 hot coals, and add 20 - 24 coals on top, or enough to cover the lid completely. Pull off the coals when camp smells delicious.
