Light your coals and let them do their thing for 15 minutes or so. Parchment paper dutch oven liners are a game changer! Line your D.O., pour batter on top, sprinkle pieces of whatever leftover candy bars you have on the last day, and put the lid on top. Set the D.O. on about 12 coals, and pile the top with coals until it is covered (about 20 - 24).
