Recipe Instructions

Pickled beet vinaigrette, mix 1/4 cup picked beat brine with 1T sugar and 1T of Dijon. ad salt and pepper. Wisk until well mixed. Add 1/2 cup olive oil and mix until emulsified. taste and adjust seasoning
kale salad - kale, Goat cheese, sunflower seeds, Green onions, crasins and pickled beats, Dress with pickled beat dressing.
Cook steaks over coals.
Make Garlic bread on Griddle and wrap in foil until ready to serve.
For potatoes you just mix with hot water according to package. Mix in some green onions or anything else you have left that sounds good.
Mushrooms, onion - you have to re hydrate the mushrooms as soon as you get to camp or else they will be woody. Once rehydrated pat them dry and dry fry them. Once they look ready add oil, garlic, and onions and fry until slightly caramelized.
