1. Heat vegetable oil in large pan to frying temperature.
2. Create a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
3. Take the tortillas, cover the inside with butter
4. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture on to the buttered tortillas.
5. Smear apple pie filling on to the tortillas and then fold the apple pie quesadilla in half.
6. Place the apple quesadilla in to the hot oil to fry until golden brown (flip each quesadilla for best results).
7. Slice the quesadillas in to quarters, place them on to a platter, top with whip cream and SERVE.
