Veggie Stir Fry

Instant Mashed Potatoes (Idahoan, Family Size)

Soy Sauce

Recipe Instructions

1) Follow directions on mashed potato package. Bring water to a boil; add potatoes.
2) Prep veggies – cut into smaller bite sized pieces.
3) In separate pot, add oil and put over heat. Add veggies in this order – onion, carrots, peppers, snap peas. Add frozen precooked chicken and heat thoroughly.
4) When veggies are done, take off heat and add soy sauce.
5) Serve over mashed potatoes and enjoy!
