Recipe Instructions

POWDERED EGGS: 1/3 cup of egg powder is equivalent to 2 eggs. To reconstitute, add equal parts water and powder and mix well. For example: 1/3 cup of egg powder + 1/3 cup water= 2 eggs
STEPS:
1) Heat up camp stove with skillet to medium-high heat.
2) Mix together egg powder and water mixture following the ratio above.
3) Add oil to the pan and sauté vegetables.
4) Add egg mixture to oil and vegetables and cook (stirring often!) until fluffy and cooked through.
5) Assemble burritos with eggs, cheese, bacon bits, salt & pepper.
6) Eat up!
