Recipe Instructions

Cook sausage in Dutch Oven until no longer pink in the center. Whisk together eggs, milk (approximately 1 cup/dozen eggs), cinnamon, and vanilla. Heat griddle and grease with thin layer of oil. Dip bread into batter and place on griddle until golden brown. Flip and repeat on uncooked side. Serve with butter, syrup, jam, peanut butter, and yogurt.
