1. Place Quinoa, veggie Bullion, and 4 cups of water into a pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until all water is absorbed (about 15 minutes).
2. Dice onion, broccoli, carrots, and Garlic.
3. Add oil and Onion to fry pan and saute for ~5 minutes. Add carrots and broccoli and saute another ~ 5 minutes, Add salt and pepper to taste., add Chicken (* set aside portions for vegetarians first).
4. Mix all ingredients and serve hot, add Soy Sauce to taste.
