1. If using tofu, cut into cubes and saute
2. Chop broccoli into bite-sized pieces, saute
3. Boil angel hair noodles until al dente, drain.
4. While noodles are still hot, mix in pesto sauce until fully combined (if it does not mix easily, use a little olive oil to help pesto spread over noodles more easily).
5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
6. Top with parmesan cheese & chicken, if desired (optional).
