Recipe Instructions

1. Crack eggs into a bowl and add milk, whisk until evenly mixed
2. Add sausage to hot skillet and cook links until browned
3. Heat Skillet over medium heat, when skillet is hot melt 1-2 Tsp butter, add eggs, scramble till cooked
4. Spice with salt, pepper, hot sauce to taste
