Rice - Long Grain White (32 oz) - K

Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz can)

Salmon packet - Chicken of the Sea 5 oz

Carrot

Curry Powder - 2oz (K)

Recipe Instructions

1. Turn on burner: high heat
2. In LARGE pot, boil 4.5 cups water.
3. While heating water, chop veggies.
4. Once boiling, add lentils (1 cup). Cook for 10 minutes.
5. Add 3.5 cups rice + canned diced tomatoes to pot with lentils. Simmer on LOW 5 minutes (or until lentils are soft).
6. Turn additional burner on: MEDIUM heat.
7. In MEDIUM pot, add oil, chopped veggies, curry powder. Stir. Cook 2-3 min
7. Add siracha if desired.
