Recipe Instructions

Rice uses a 2:1 ratio of water to rice.

Pro-tip: use liquid in can of corn for boiling rice.

Additional ingredients: hot sauce, oil

1. Turn on burner: high heat and in LARGE pot, boil approx. 72 oz. water.
2. While heating water, chop veggies.
3. In MEDIUM pot, add oil & chopped veggies. Heat 2-3 min.
4. Add beans, corn & taco seasoning to cooked veggies. Stir & cook MEDIUM heat for 5-10 min.
5. Once large pot of water boils, add rice. Reduce heat to LOW simmer, put on lid and cook for 20 minutes.
6. Garnish with lime wedge, cheese, hot sauce, protein.
7. Optional: use a tortilla to turn into a burrito
