Recipe Instructions

THIS RECIPE USES A LOT OF WATER.

FIRST THING AT CAMP (OR 15-30 MINUTES AHEAD OF COOKING): Soak dried veggies/mushrooms, textured soy protein (in Ziploc or in pot)

When ready to make dinner:
1. Turn on burner: high heat & boil water in large pot.
2. Add soaked veggies/mushrooms, textured soy protein, bouillon cube. Cook until veggies are soft.
3. Add potato flakes & herbs. Stir. Cook 2-3 min.
4. Sprinkle cheese on top.
