Recipe Instructions

Rice uses a 2:1 ratio of water to rice.

Do not drain canned corn.

Additional ingredients: cheese, hot sauce, oil, chicken packets

1. Turn on burner: high heat and in LARGE pot, boil 72 oz. water.
2. While heating water, chop veggies.
3. In MEDIUM pot, add oil & chopped veggies. Heat 2-3 min.
4. Add beans, corn & taco seasoning to cooked veggies. Stir & cook MEDIUM heat for 5-10 min.
5. Once large pot of water boils, add rice. Reduce heat to simmer, put on lid and cook for 20 minutes.
6. Garnish with lime wedge, cheese, hot sauce, chicken.
7. Optional: use a tortilla to turn into a burrito
